In this episode, I discuss how Tavares Strachan’s 2024 exhibition in London, “There is Light Somewhere,” inspired the theme for the second season of this podcast. Strachan has famously created The Encyclopaedia of Invisibility, which consists of 2,400 pages documenting overlooked events, individuals, events, and ideas. Is the concept of visibility truly about belonging? And if so, who gets to decide what is visible and what is not, both in our personal and professional lives? On what basis? I weave into this episode extracts from Ryan Holiday's book "Courage is Calling" as I ask the question: what should be visible, on my table?
